Refund policy
We want you to love what you order, so please check our size charts (measurements in cm, plus the model's height for reference) carefully before purchasing — as a small, independent operation, we're currently unable to offer free returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
If we made a mistake — wrong item, defective piece, or significantly not as described — we'll make it right at no cost to you. This includes a full refund or replacement and covers your return shipping.
For all other returns and exchanges (wrong size, change of mind), we're happy to offer store credit once the item is received in original, unworn condition. Return shipping in this case is covered by the buyer.

- We'll confirm and provide the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund/replacement (if our error) or store credit (if buyer's choice).
