To bring you authentic, independent Korean pieces without retail markups, we operate a deliberate, quality-first fulfillment pipeline:
- Direct Brand Sourcing (2-3 days): Once your order is placed, we work directly with independent labels in Korea to secure your specific item from their limited production runs. Your card is authorized but not charged at this stage — we only charge once your item is confirmed in stock.
- In-Hand Quality Inspection: Every garment passes through our hands for a physical check — stitching, hardware, fabric consistency — before it ships.
- Tracked Global Dispatch (5-7 business days): Once a piece passes inspection, it's packaged and handed to our shipping partners with full tracking to your door.
Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days from order to arrival. We prioritize getting you a high-quality piece over rushing it out the door.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
